Transportation

Driving is a very good means of transportation in this neighbourhood. It is a rather short drive to the closest highway from any location in Hillview, and it is easy to park. However, the public transit service in this area is somewhat poor. Thankfully, residents are served by a few bus lines, and bus stops are generally nearby. Hillview is quite suited for bicycling because the cycling network is comprehensive. However, walking is not very common in this part of Edmonton, although meeting day-to-day needs is convenient on foot.

Services

It is a very short walk to get to daycares and primary schools from anywhere in Hillview. However, there are no high schools in this area. In terms of eating, the closest supermarket in Hillview is typically only a long walk away. There are also a limited number of choices for those who value restaurants and cafes in close proximity.
