The neighbourhood of Downtown Edmonton is part of the city of Edmonton, Alberta, which is located in the Greater Edmonton metropolitan area.

Transportation

This area permits property owners to move around by various modes of transportation. This neighbourhood is especially transit friendly thanks to various nearby rapid transit stations on the Metro Line, Route 512 and Capital Line, and over 50 nearby bus lines. This area will also draw physically active home buyers because it is very well-suited for those who travel by foot; most common errands can be run without having to resort to a car, and various businesses are nearby. This part of the city is appropriate for biking as this area boasts a great bicycling infrastructure.

Daycares and schools are very easy to reach on foot from any location in Downtown. Regarding food, a general and a specialty grocery store is always only a very short walk away in Downtown. Additionally, those who are fond of eating in restaurants or cafes will have a good number of choices in Downtown. Character
