Transportation

This neighbourhood is very car friendly. It is easy to access a place to park, and nearby highways are reasonably easy to reach from anywhere in Belmont. In contrast, the public transit system in this part of the city is not very practical. Nevertheless, the neighbourhood is served by a few bus lines, and it is especially convenient to find a nearby bus stop from most properties. It is easy to move around by bicycle in Belmont since there are a fair number of bike lanes, and the area is flat. However, there are relatively few pedestrians out on the streets of this part of Edmonton, even though running daily errands is convenient without a vehicle.
