Signal Hill is a neighbourhood within Calgary, Alberta, which is located in the Greater Calgary metropolitan area.

Transportation

Driving is often the favoured method to move around in Signal Hill. It is very easy to come across a parking spot. On the other hand, Signal Hill is not an especially convenient part of Calgary for getting around by public transit. Thankfully, commuters benefit from Sirocco Station with access to the Blue Line - Saddletowne/69 Street CTrain. There are approximately 10 bus lines crossing the neighbourhood, and most homes are very close to a bus stop. This neighbourhood is reasonably cycling-friendly because there are a good number of bike lanes. However, getting around on foot is not very popular in Signal Hill, despite the fact that many common errands can be run without a car.

There are only a limited number of primary schools in this part of the city and therefore they can be a long trip away. Furthermore, Signal Hill does not contain any high schools.
