Transportation

The best transportation option in this part of the city is usually a car. The majority of homes for sale are a rather short car ride from the nearest highway, and it is convenient to park. On the other hand, the public transit service in Royal Oak is not very frequent. Thankfully, there is Tuscany Station with access to the Red Line - Somerset - Bridlewood/Tuscany CTrain. The neighbourhood is connected by approximately 10 bus lines, and most residences are very close to a bus stop. This area is cycling-friendly as there are a fair number of bike lanes. Walking is not very convenient for residents in Royal Oak since very few common errands can be run on foot.
