Part of the Greater Calgary metropolitan area, Red Carpet is a neighbourhood within Calgary, Alberta.

Transportation

Driving is a great medium of transportation in Red Carpet. Nearby highways are very easy to drive to from any home in Red Carpet, and it is convenient to park. In contrast, travelling by public transit is at times challenging in this part of the city. Thankfully, property owners are served by a few bus lines, and bus stops are not very far-removed from most houses. Walking in Red Carpet is not very common, even though many day-to-day errands can be run on foot. On the other hand, this neighbourhood is suited for cycling as this part of the city boasts a reasonably good bicycling infrastructure, and cyclists do not encounter serious elevation changes.

Services

In all but a few cases, a car is required to do groceries. Nonetheless, reaching the nearest pharmacy and thus some staple foods is usually convenient. There are also a few options for those who value restaurants within walking distance. Regarding education, Red Carpet does not contain any high schools or primary schools.
