Pineridge

Pineridge is a neighbourhood within Calgary, Alberta, which is located in the Greater Calgary metropolitan area.

Transportation

This part of the city offers property owners the choice between a diversity of means of transportation. Owing to a few nearby bus lines, the public transit infrastructure in this area is good. It is also easy for people walking to move around in Pineridge; many day-to-day errands can be run without a car. Commuting by bicycle is easy in this part of the city because Pineridge has reasonably good cycling infrastructure.

Services

It is a reasonably short walk to access daycares and schools from most homes for sale in Pineridge. In terms of food, it is very often possible for property owners in this part of Calgary to buy groceries as pedestrians. Residents are served by a few restaurants and cafes as well.

Character

Pineridge is an excellent neighbourhood to buy a house in for those who prefer a relaxed ambience. This neighbourhood experienced its most significant construction boom between 1960 and 1980, so most of the available housing stock is from this time period. This part of Calgary is primarily composed of four or more bedroom and three bedroom homes.
