Transportation

Parkdale affords home buyers the choice between various methods of transportation. With a few nearby bus lines, the fairly good public transit infrastructure allows people to get to many destinations without needing a car. This part of Calgary is also reasonably well-suited for walking; running common errands is convenient, and a fair number of businesses of different types can be found as well. Riding a bicycle is very common in Parkdale since there are a good number of bike lanes.

In Parkdale, families will typically be able to reach schools and daycares by walking. In terms of eating, house buyers in this neighbourhood generally need a vehicle to purchase groceries.
