Part of the Greater Calgary metropolitan area, Country Hills is a neighbourhood within Calgary, Alberta.

Transportation

Country Hills is fairly suitable for those who prefer to get around as pedestrians; many daily needs can be met without a car. This part of Calgary is also amenable to biking since the bicycling infrastructure is rather extensive. Country Hills is very car friendly. Coming across a parking spot is generally easy, and many properties for sale are a rather short drive from the closest highway. However, travelling by transit can be at times difficult in Country Hills by reason of the infrequent service. Nevertheless, residents benefit from approximately 10 bus lines, and it is very easy to find a nearby bus stop from most residences.

It is very easy to get to the closest supermarket without the use of a vehicle in Country Hills. There are also a limited number of options for those who care about restaurants within walking distance.
