Transportation

Chaparral is very car friendly. It is very convenient to park, and nearby highways are very easy to reach from any location in Chaparral. On the other hand, this area is not very transit friendly. Nevertheless, there are a few bus lines, and bus stops are usually nearby. Chaparral is not very convenient for walking as running day-to-day errands is inconvenient. This part of Calgary is also not very appropriate for bicycling since. Nevertheless, there are few hills to confront cyclists.

Services

It is a rather short walk to reach daycares and primary schools from any location in Chaparral. In contrast, this area does not contain any high schools. In terms of eating, reaching the nearest supermarket on foot is an option for some, but not all, property owners in this part of Calgary.
