Transportation

Commuting by car is straightforward in Prairie Springs. It is easy to park, and most houses for sale are a rather short car ride from the closest highway. However, commuting by transit can be challenging in Prairie Springs due to the low service level. Nevertheless, there are a few bus lines, and it is very easy to get to a nearby bus stop from most residences. It is impractical for people travelling on foot to move around in Prairie Springs because running common errands is at times challenging. In contrast, biking is convenient in this part of Airdrie since this part of the city features a very good cycling infrastructure.

Services

In Prairie Springs, families will almost always be able to reach schools and daycares on foot. Regarding food, it is very difficult to get to the nearest grocery store by walking in this part of the city.
