Transportation

Active house buyers will be pleased with the pedestrian-friendly nature of Trait-Carré; many common errands can be run without having to use a vehicle. The bike is a fairly good means of transportation in this area since the cycling infrastructure is extensive. Trait-Carré is very car friendly. Parking is easy, and many homes for sale are a short drive from the nearest highway, such as Autoroute Laurentienne. In contrast, commuting by transit can be challenging in Trait-Carré as a result of the infrequent service. Nonetheless, property owners have access to about 20 bus lines, and bus stops are commonly nearby.

Services

It is generally feasible for home buyers in this neighbourhood to do their grocery shopping by walking. There are also about 10 restaurants and coffee shops in this part of the city. Additionally, it is convenient to get to a selection of clothing stores on foot.
