The neighbourhood of Saint-Simon can be found in the city of Montréal, Quebec, which is located in the Greater Montreal metropolitan area.

Transportation

This part of the city presents house buyers with the choice between various modes of transportation. The very good transit infrastructure allows people to get to many destinations without needing a vehicle by reason of Gare Chabanel on the 12 - Saint-Jérôme, and a few nearby bus lines. This area will also appeal to people who want to live in a community that's walkable because it is very accommodating to walking; most daily errands can be run without needing a vehicle, and a variety of businesses are close by. Moving around by bicycle is easy in this neighbourhood because the bicycling network is reasonably good, and there are a limited number of elevation changes for cyclists to brave.

Services

It is easy to access both a general and a specialty grocery store on foot from most properties for sale in Saint-Simon. In addition, there are a good number of options for those who care about nearby restaurants and cafes. With respect to education, schools and daycares are especially easy to reach without the use of a car from anywhere in this area.
