Saint-Michel allows home buyers to travel by several alternative modes of transportation. Commuting by public transit is very convenient in this area thanks to 2 rapid transit stations (D'Iberville Station and Saint-Michel Station) on the Ligne 5 - Bleue, and about 20 nearby bus lines. It is also very convenient for pedestrians to navigate this area; running daily errands is very convenient without needing a vehicle, and many businesses are moderately close at hand. Saint-Michel is reasonably suited for bicycling because there are few hills to challenge cyclists.

Services

Parents and their children will appreciate that wherever their property is located in Saint-Michel, schools and daycares are nearby. Along with public schools, there are private primary and secondary schools. With regards to eating, it is especially easy to get to both a general and a specialty grocery store without needing a vehicle from most properties for sale in this part of Montréal.
