Val-Royal will draw house buyers that use several modes of transportation. This part of the city features a good public transit infrastructure as a consequence of about 10 nearby bus lines. This part of the city is also quite well-suited for walking; many daily errands can be run without having to use a vehicle, and there are also a fair number of businesses nearby. Travelling by bicycle is easy in this neighbourhood because there are a limited number of hills for cyclists to brave.

Services

Schools and daycares are very easy to walk to from anywhere in this neighbourhood. Families are served by public and private elementary schools. When it comes to food, the nearest grocery store in this part of Montréal is typically only a short walk away. There are also a limited number of options for those who appreciate restaurants and cafes in close proximity.

Character

The character of Val-Royal is exemplified by its relaxed environment. This neighbourhood is reasonably quiet overall, as there are generally low levels of noise from traffic. Finally, this part of Montréal also features a fair amount of greenery as there are numerous tree-lined streets. There are a few public green spaces nearby for residents to check out, including Parc de Louisbourg, and they are especially well-spread out, which makes them very easy to get to.
