Transportation

The bike is a good means of transportation in this part of the city as there are a limited number of hills, and Laflèche features a fairly good cycling infrastructure. Physically active people will also be pleased with the reasonably pedestrian-friendly character of this neighbourhood; carrying out daily needs is convenient. Laflèche is not particularly transit friendly. Nevertheless, there are a few bus lines crossing the neighbourhood, and bus stops are not very far-removed from most residences. However, driving is usually the favoured way to move around in this part of Longueuil. Many properties for sale are a short car ride from the nearest highway, and it is easy to find a parking spot.

Services

It is very easy to access the nearest grocery store on foot from most houses for sale in Laflèche. Moreover, this part of the city is a good place in which to eat out, for example on Grande Allée, and a limited selection of cafes can be found as well.
