Transportation

Cars are an excellent transportation option in this neighbourhood. It is very easy to access a parking spot, and it is a very short drive to the closest highway, such as Autoroute Jean-Lesage, from any home in Saint-Joseph-de-la-Pointe-De-Lévy. However, getting around by transit can be difficult in this part of the city due to the infrequent service. Nevertheless, there are a few bus lines, and bus stops are ordinarily nearby. Walking is not very practical for house buyers in Saint-Joseph-de-la-Pointe-De-Lévy because few daily needs can be met without the use of a car. The bike is a sometimes poor method of transportation in this part of Lévis because there are a good number of elevation changes, and the bicycling network is rather limited. Nevertheless, riding a bike is better in some areas than others.

The noise levels in this area are very low, as there isn't a lot of street noise or city clamour - however some parts can be quite loud, especially closer to the railway line or Autoroute Jean-Lesage. Finally, there are a few public green spaces close by for residents to check out, including La Grande Plée-Bleue, which makes them easy to get to.

Single detached homes are the predominant housing type, representing most dwellings in this area, and the rest of the dwellings are mainly small apartment buildings.
