However, the public transit network in this part of the city is not very practical. Nonetheless, there are about 10 bus lines crossing the neighbourhood, and the closest bus stop is typically just around the corner. Many of the homes for sale in this part of the city are located in places that are not particularly well-suited for walking as running daily errands is occasionally challenging. In contrast, biking is easy in Saint-Émile.

As far as education is concerned, parents and their kids will welcome that no matter where their house is located in this neighbourhood, daycares and primary schools are nearby.
